Whiteford Joinery was established by Danny Whiteford in 2011. After completing my apprenticeship at a local firm I decided that I wanted to work on my own projects and build my own customer base.
Soon after starting the business a purpose-made joinery workshop was constructed in the evenings and weekends so that manufacturing could also become possible. Since then the capabilities of Whiteford Joinery has increased considerably and I can now tackle most manufacturing and general workshop jobs along with on-site joinery. A spray painting facility has also been constructed to apply a finish to just about anything.
Quality and customer relation’s is at the forefront of the business. With so many other firms competing in the same market, I believe that it is difficult for prospective customers to decide upon the correct trader or business to deliver what they are looking for. Whiteford Joinery have a very honest approach to project feasibility and costing. You will not receive a more personal service anywhere. Costing and project targets are also realistic. If you are looking for an individual who takes immense pride in his work, look no further.
I will undertake a vast spectrum of Joinery projects ranging from a new double glazed sash window to a full house rebuild. You can only ask!
I can supply all necessary trades on any domestic projects if required.
I am an individual who cares about the environment, I take small steps towards lowering my carbon foot-print. Small steps include wood heating in the workshop, recycling my saw-dust into briquettes and using water-based paint finishes.
Timber is a very economical, sustainable and naturally beautiful material to use in any project and we should all try our best to use more of it.

Danny Whiteford was very professional in his approach to the works for the complete renovation of our house. He clearly understood the requirements and was always considering how to improve the renovations either by a different method or alterations which improved the overall feel of the house. No work was too much and we would completely recommend Danny for any future building works.

We contracted Whiteford Joinery to carry out our kitchen refurbishment in October 2016, this included demolition and rebuild, bespoke windows and door and kitchen fit out were included . Whiteford Joinery sourced all service contractors which made the process very smooth. The precision from start to finish was excellent, where issues presented themselves (as is inevitable in these types of work) a range of options were always provided. Considering the disruption in the kitchen very little disruption was felt beyond it, every effort was made to keep the dust to a minimum.
The job was delivered on time and on budget with excellent communication throughout a generally stressful period was made much easier thanks to Whiteford Joinery and a I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, in fact I already have several times, quality workmanship is guaranteed.

My husband and I recently moved house and decided to put in a new kitchen so we researched Joiners. We contacted several joiners and set up meetings to discuss our requirements.
Whiteford Joinery were exceptionally professional from the initial meeting and we decided to use them. The attention to detail from start to finish was amazing and we now have a beautiful kitchen that was installed in a timely manner. Danny Whiteford coordinated all other contractors and we now have a beautiful kitchen.
I would highly recommend Whiteford Joinery.
